This policy covers rclone server backup, a personally operated application that backs up the operator's server data to their authorized Google Drive. Public registration is not offered.

访问的数据与用途 / Access and use

应用处理选定的服务器文件、备份仓库中的文件内容和元数据，以及 Google OAuth 访问令牌和刷新令牌。申请的权限为 Google Drive 完整访问权限，技术上可访问获授权账号的 Drive 文件；实际备份配置仅操作指定仓库，用于创建、上传、列出、读取、校验、恢复及按保留策略清理备份。

The application processes selected server files, backup repository contents and metadata, and Google OAuth access and refresh tokens. It requests full Google Drive access, which technically permits access beyond the repository. Its configured use is limited to creating, uploading, listing, reading, verifying, restoring and pruning backups in the designated repository.

存储与保护 / Storage and protection

备份通过 restic 在上传前加密，并存储于授权的 Google Drive。OAuth 凭据和备份解密凭据保存在运营者控制的服务器上，并通过文件权限限制访问。备份任务日志可能包含路径、时间、错误及统计信息，供故障排查使用。

Restic encrypts backup data before upload to Google Drive. OAuth credentials and backup decryption credentials are stored on the operator-controlled server with restricted file permissions. Operational logs may contain file paths, timestamps, errors and statistics for troubleshooting.

共享与第三方 / Sharing and service providers

应用不出售数据，不将 Google 用户数据用于广告或训练通用人工智能模型。Google 提供授权及云存储服务。此说明网站通过 Cloudflare 提供访问，其与网站服务器可能处理访客 IP、请求信息及安全日志。备份凭据和备份内容不会发布在此网站上。

Data is not sold or used for advertising or training general-purpose AI models. Google provides authorization and storage. Cloudflare and the website server may process visitor IP addresses, requests and security logs to deliver and protect this informational website. Backup credentials and contents are not published here.

保留与删除 / Retention and deletion

当前自动保留策略为 14 个日备份、8 个周备份和 6 个月备份；实际保留数量受备份频率、标签和任务是否成功影响。旧数据由清理任务移除。运营者可以停止任务并删除备份仓库及本地凭据；撤销授权本身不会删除已有云端备份。

The current retention policy keeps 14 daily, 8 weekly and 6 monthly snapshots. Actual retention depends on backup frequency, tags and successful task execution. The operator may stop jobs and delete the repository and local credentials. Revoking access alone does not delete existing backups.

可在 Google 账号的第三方连接设置中移除本应用访问权限，后续备份将无法继续访问 Drive。有关本应用、数据删除或隐私的问题，请联系 whitesun7414@gmail.com。
